Resilience Brings Confidence – Why I’m Looking Forward to the Future

Over the last several months, a great deal of conversation has occurred within and around the flexible workspace industry. No doubt our industry is at a crossroads, but The Executive Centre is ideally positioned for an innovative and successful future thanks to our 25-year history defined by resilience, consistent profitability and demand driven growth.  

It is as a result of this journey that we are proud to share with you our vision for the future – our premium Enterprise Solutions. Like all evolutions at TEC, this product has matured as a direct result of Member-demand. Flex space is no longer a fringe industry or niche product, it is a permanent, legitimate and mainstream option for virtually every business. Our Enterprise Solution model anticipates a new future of work and is our response to the here and now of corporate culture.  

What is an ENTERPRISE SOLUTION? This product will give Members the opportunity to experience all the touch points of The Executive Centre that they know and love, just on a much larger scale. Members can take ownership of their space with complete and unprecedented customisation – they choose their location, their building, the design and branding of the space is their own, the operation of the space can be supported by TEC and we can help manage their expansion goals. They are not confined to our existing footprint, instead, we will leverage our connections and experience to secure space that our Members genuinely want and need. Enterprise by TEC is unique in the market. This level of customisation and control managed through a single point of contact is the future of flex and we are proud pioneers.   

The current climate has surprised many, but we have been working assuredly and consistently in readiness for the opportunities at hand. We welcome what is to come.

This year we celebrate our 25th anniversary, but more than this, we celebrate the fact that we have built a successful business over the last 25 years that has thrived in all kinds of economic conditions to become the third largest flexible workspace provider in Asia. In the current climate we see opportunities for growth, we welcome the challenges that inevitably lie ahead, knowing that our foundation is solid. 

We are PROFITABLE. Our growth comes on the back of the reinvestment of retained earnings. This has delivered 25 years of 20% per annum growth in revenue, 20% growth in capacity, and 20% annual growth in EBITDA. Over the last 3 years, our growth has actually accelerated, even when faced with the most competitive market to date.  

We are EXCEPTIONAL. We are a mature, flexible provider focused on delivering exceptional services to an established and loyal corporate Member base. We are premium and professional. Our teams understand that client satisfaction leads to financial performance and they are focused on innovating, evolving, learning and accumulating experience to continuously better our service standards.  

We are GROWING. The Executive Centre is continuing our program of demand-driven development by expanding in direct response to Member demand for our products. Our growth over the past 25 years is a testament to the exceptional and symbiotic relationships that we have established, maintained and nurtured over the years. We have a solid and confident plan for the future because of this.
