Meet Henry

Henry is the sort of person who his colleagues seem to rely on. Although his background is in finance and he works in the company’s accounting team, Henry is relegated to the role of IT technician as his direct report can’t seem to get to grips with the new necessity of constant conference calls. Normally cool, calm and collected, bearing the brunt of his boss’s technological illiteracy while working from home, brought out the worst in him. Without his usual resources at home, no one blames him for his frustration.
