Meet Meredith

The boss of the office, Meredith is well respected by her team, an effective leader and approachable. Her hands-on management style is usually well received by the team but when working from home she overcompensated somewhat. While she wasn’t the most well-versed in terms of the new software systems she was forced to adopt, she did not let it dissuade her enthusiasm for team-togetherness. What did falter however was her productivity. Whether because of a lack of decent coffee or because a less than hospitable surrounding environment, Meredith couldn’t wait to get back to her office.
